A. At ROYCE’, all products undergo stringent quality control, and great care and measures have been taken to ensure products of the highest standards.
However, if you find that any of the products purchased from our stores are unsatisfactory, kindly bring the defective product, together with the original receipt, to our stores. We will be happy to offer you a replacement.
If you have clear photographs of the defective item, you may also choose to write to email@example.com, enclosing the images, together with a copy of the original receipt, to assist us in our investigations.
