Shipping & Delivery Cost
Our delivery charges are dependent on the total online purchases and starts at a minimum delivery fee of S$53.50 (including 7% GST) per trip. Please refer to the following for our delivery charges:

Please note that we only deliver to addresses in Singapore, and that we do not ship internationally.
* For orders above S$500, there will be no delivery charge if you choose to collect your order from any of our retail outlets excluding our outlet at Takashimaya.
All chocolates will be delivered chilled to ensure the freshness of the chocolates.
All orders shall be processed and delivered to customers within 3 working days.
Orders placed and received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), will be processed the next working day (Monday).
Our delivery hours are between 2pm – 5pm daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

While we strive to deliver within the time frame of 3 working days for standard orders, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery time slots. Please note that no compensation will be provided for not delivering within the preferred delivery time stipulated.
Amending Order/Delivery Details
If you wish to change any details regarding your order, kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any changes to your order (delivery address) must be made within 2 hours after an order is placed to ensure that we have sufficient time to amend the order prior to preparation and delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any changes made to your order after that time will be accepted, therefore we strongly urge you to please ensure that all the details of your recipient’s address are correct before you place your order.
ROYCE’ Confect International Pte Ltd will contact you if a particular item is no longer in stock.
Proof Of Delivery
Please note that our delivery personnel will obtain a signature from the recipient of the chocolates or cookies. Should there be a different recipient, kindly email email@example.com
Please note that should the recipient of the orders be not contactable, we will deliver them to the reception area or post room and (where possible) obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our proof of delivery. Please note that these circumstances are beyond our control.
